“For I know well the plans I have in mind for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare, not for woe! Plans to give you a future full of hope. When you call me, when you go to pray to me, I will listen to you. When you look for me, you will find me. Yes when you seek me with all your heart, you will find me with you, says the Lord”
(Jeremiah 29:11-14).
Prayer is a very important aspect of our relationship with God. It is in prayer that we develop and deepen our relationship with Christ. We as the Body of Christ are blessed to have the support and prayers of each other. As we journey towards God, let us always keep each other in prayer. Your prayers in my vocational journey are much appreciated and has helped me throughout my discernment these past few years.
“Dear children, proper prayer comes from the depth of your heart, from your suffering, from your joy, from your seeking the forgiveness of sins.”
-Our Lady of Medugorje
Please feel free to post/ask for prayer requests on this page so that we (the seminarians) can pray for your needs and concerns. I will also add some of my favorite prayers on this page so we can continue to pray and and support each other!

The Memorare
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word incarnate, despise not my petitions, but, in your mercy, hear and answer me.
Amen.
The Memorare is one my favorite Marian prayers! It is traditionally believed this prayer came from St. Bernard of Clairvaux in the 12th century. For more information about this prayer click here!

Powerful Novena of Childlike Confidence
(This Novena is to be said at the same time every hour for Nine consecutive hours during just one day)
O Jesus, Who hast said, “Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you.” Through the intercession of Mary, They Most Holy Mother, I knock, I seek, I ask, that my prayer be granted.
(Make your request)
O Jesus, Who hast said, “All that you ask of the Father in My Name, He will grant you, “through the intercession of Mary, Thy Most Holy Mother, I humbly and urgently ask Thy Father in Thy Name that my prayer be granted.
(Make your request)
O Jesus, Who hast said, “Heaven and earth shall pass away but My word shall not pass, “through the intercession of Mary, Thy Most Holy Mother, I feel confident that my prayer will be granted.
(Make your request)
This is one of my favorite novena prayers. I always have a copy of the holy card in my wallet. Although I do not pray this novena often but when I do, I usually am granted with an answer to my prayers. It is amazing to see the fruit of my prayers through this novena. I encourage all of you to consider praying this prayer in times of need and difficulties. And to remember that God will grant what is best for us and not what we necessarily think is best for us. God Bless!

The Amina Christi
Soul of Christ, sanctify me.
Body of Christ, save me.
Blood of Christ, inebriate me.
Water from the side of Christ, wash me.
Passion of Christ, strengthen me.
O Good Jesus, hear me.
Within Thy wounds hide me.
Suffer me not to be separated from thee.
From the malignant enemy defend me.
In the hour of my death call me.
And bid me come unto Thee,
That with all Thy saints,
I may praise thee
Forever and ever.
Amen.
The Anima Christi is one of my favorite prayers! It is short, to the point and focuses on Jesus Christ. I am always brought to tears when I hear it sung by a particular person. Hopefully I can put a recording of it up soon. It is such a beautiful prayer because of it’s simplicity! Click here to learn more about this prayer!
